Publix Pharmacy at Chamblee Plaza

Today I went to this Publix to get my prescription filled. I actually paid for it but wanted to check on a part of the prescription that my insurance didn’t pay for I didn’t complete the transaction so I thought. When I went back later tonight i was told by Darby that they didnt fill the prescription and I would have to wait another 15 minutes because I declined it. I asked her when I declined it and she brushed me off and said she didn’t know. As I was waiting I wanted to check on what was the process to declining meds and went to talk to customer service. In speaking to the assistant manager Max he didn’t know the process and assumed I was refused meds. I clarified I was told I declined meds when I didnt. He offered to talk to the pharmacist as he did that my prescription was filled. The

Whoever the pharmacist is her name begins with an A seems to be very overwhelmed. Please get the lady some help because as patients needing medication we shouldn’t have to deal with rude pharmacist who speak over you and don’t listen. You never know what someone is going through kindness goes a long way. Medical professionals should know that. I’ll drive out of my way to receive appropriate treatment.

Managers are rude to employees. It's sad that it has not even been open a full week. I have been in there twice so far and the manager Tiffany and customer service lead Farhirra are so rude to the employees. Literally was talking to them like DOGS and not human beings. I won't be surprised if people start quitting. I wanted to little sister to work here but not after what I saw last week and yesterday. My shopping experience was NOT A PLEASURE after seeing how the employees looked like they were about to CRY.

PreOrdered a cake for my daughter's 10th birthday pickup was suppose to be at 9:30 wasn't ready until 10, then they smashed it buy putting it in a box that was to small. The manager of the bakery was a complete ding dong. They said they would fix it but the party is at 11. Worst experience I've ever had with a publix bakery... just sad.

Love the pharmacy team! Switched from the CVS down the street to Publix and it’s been a smooth process ever since!
