Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

Five stars feels stingy for what Team Rehabilitation in Chamblee was able to accomplish. I showed up with a partially torn rotator cuff trying to avoid surgery, and thanks to their flexible approach, left not needing any stitches. The team took the time to answer my questions, explain what was happening and why during each visit and adjusted their approach to me and what I was feeling – instead of having me check off boxes for an insurance company. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and recovery.

This place is really amazing The staff is amazing and if you luck up on getting Chasity Jackson you hit the jackpot she really enjoys her job and her patients Always has a smile on her face. I enjoy working with her. Again everyone shows their love and support

Team Rehab is excellent. The staff is wonderful - professional, helpful, respectful, and courteous. I have met staff with advanced degrees in P.T. They are very knowledgeable. Their workouts are a bit challenging, of course - but never painful. Easy, free parking.

My TEAM physical therapist helped me improve my arm function after a fall, fracture and wearing a sling for 2 months. She also helped me improve my balance to keep me from falling again. This included two sessions a week for some weeks, as well as printed at home exercises to do between sessions. I am satisfied with my recovery!

Team Rehab is really a special group of trained therapists who are very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Every session is created for the specific individual, taking into account each person’s needs, abilities, and goals. The therapists work with you and continue to help you achieve your goals. This is an excellent rehab facility.
