One on One PT

One on One PT is the best! Geneé is wonderful and is so superior to other pelvic floor specialists I’ve seen. She is quickly helping my problem. She helped write the book on treating pelvic floor problems. She treats your entire body and gives exercises to help you stretch and build strength. Melissa is also fantastic helped me get rid of my chronic back pain. I’m now pain free most of the time! Dry needling really helped, too. I also love seeing Lynn for one on one Pilates training. They have a lot of equipment. They are a wonderful, kind, skilled team who have really improved my quality of life. I’m so grateful. I can’t recommend them enough.

She’s a superb diagnostician and did the most comprehensive initial assessment of muscle function, gait, posture and so forth that I’ve experienced with any doctor or PT.
