A great experience with Dr. Kim. This was the 1st time my kid went for eye Dr. appointment and the overall process was smooth and my kid was treated well. She explained everything in detail.

What an amazing optometry office! I was a first time patient in this office back on 9/9/25, and today 9/25/25, I picked up my new glasses. I had an great experience from start to finish. Scheduling my appt: quick and easy, and can be done online Initial visit: Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. My wait to start my appointment was not long. Exam: Dr. Kim was exceptional. She explained everything she was doing during the exam and was comfortable and confident. Strangely enough, she did find something concerning in my eye, and required additionally imaging and a consult to a retina specialist. Dr. Kim was great and very thorough!! Her staff was also excellent at providing great customer service. The office manager Ingrid was wonderful! She helped me with picking out the best frames for my face while making me feel comfortable and making the entire visit such an easy experience. I would definitely recommend!!!!!!
