Publix Pharmacy at Cambridge Square Shopping Center

As a long-time customer, I’ve always expected Publix to uphold its values of respect and fairness for both customers and employees. However, based on my observations at this location, I’ve become increasingly concerned about the way some African American employees are being treated. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed a store manager speaking to them in a noticeably harsher tone compared to employees of other races. The difference in treatment is troubling and, frankly, comes across as discriminatory. It’s disheartening to witness such behavior in a place I’ve supported since its opening. Tone of voice and body language matter, and the way people are addressed should always reflect dignity and professionalism. Due to these repeated observations, I’m reconsidering where I choose to shop

They went above and beyond for my family with a very short turn around for medicine we needed lest we have to go to urgent care. I appreciate their kindness and care.
