Publix is a great place to shop!
Publix food & pharmacy. The food portion is good no issues there but the Pharmacy, well It's not the best I tell you. 7 out of 10 times they'll make you wait 30 minutes even after the app tells you that it's ready. Generally you get the app to make the experience smoother, so you can be in and out. That's not the experience you get. Today I went to get some medicine with my 9 month old baby, because the app said that it would be returned if we didn't go in today. When we got there, I was asked if I wanted to pick it up tomorrow because it wasn't ready yet and they may run out. I said, "No, I don't want to make another trip- I'm only here for the medicine." Then I was told to wait for 30 minutes. During this experience, I was told that the pharmacy app is "not useful", and that they actual
