I couldn’t be happier with my experience at PSJ Orthodontics! From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in my treatment. The doctors are absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in giving each patient the best smile possible. My smile has completely transformed, and I can’t stop showing it off! The results are beyond what I imagined, and I’m so grateful for the skill and dedication of everyone at the practice. If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, I can’t recommend PSJ Orthodontics enough. They don’t just straighten teeth—they change lives with beautiful smiles!

I came in for continued treatment for my son as his previous doctor retired. I was treated very kindly. Although I thought insurance would cover my sons treatment in this office (I was told that it did not), I was still treated with respect and kindness. I will consider still bringing him in the future and I will still come for bottom braces in the future because I truly appreciated the thorough breakdown of his treatment plan and everypnes professionalism. I look forward to speaking with this office again soon.

We have been going to PSJ for nearly 5 years and have been very happy! I can't imagine going to any other orthodontics office. We've only been to the Westminster office so I can only speak to that location. All of the staff including the front desk, technicians and doctors have all been fantastic. Everyone is always so friendly, nice, welcoming and professional. They do a really great job at explaining everything and are always happy to answer questions. They are gentle, understanding and accommodating making it a comfortable experience, especially for kids who might be scared or in pain/discomfort. They make it clear that they care a lot about their patients and want to give you the best experience and care possible. Lastly, the facility has always been very well kept and very clean.

Although the staff displayed great professionalism, I did not have a good consultation experience with Dr. Dan. The problem was not resolved and I was referred back to my original dentist after telling him I no longer wanted to see him. Afterwards, I called to speak with the office manager in which he/she was not available. Unfortunately, my call was never returned. It’s really unfortunate because I drove 40 minutes for the consultation and I will not be returning due the experience. Further, I’m unable to refer patients due to my personal experience.

Highly recommend doing business with this team! The accounting manager was on point & made the experience seamless!
