My 5 stars isn’t for the facility as a whole it’s special people there for my father and I know they truly care it’s not just a job to be honest they care for more than my father. Mrs. Souky I heard she’s away at the moment but I pray she comes back. The new DON Joan Bernard she is outstanding she isn’t just a person in her office she’s visible she interact my father has a habit I nodding on his index finger and thumb he has late stage Alzheimer’s one day I came there and she started talking to me about a plan to see what can be done about it, no one has acknowledged the fact that he does that but she is concerned and that means a lot to me. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience my father had at your facility — especially after what felt like a promising start. During the admission interview, the director did a phenomenal job of selling the rehab center — highlighting the amenities, activities, and promising that my loved one would have a private room, even though I had initially requested a double occupancy. The room we were shown was clean, well-kept, and gave me some much-needed peace of mind. But the reality was a completely different story. When I returned to the facility the evening my father was transferred, I was horrified by the condition of the room he was placed in. Avoid Traditions Health and Rehab at all costs. This facility is a glaring example of everything wrong with for-profit healthcare. The staff is unmotivated, undertrained, and clearly just going through the motions. Patients deserve compassion and attention — not to be treated like numbers on a spreadsheet. From the moment you walk in, it’s obvious that this place is more concerned with maximizing insurance billing than actually helping people heal. Corners are cut everywhere: short-staffed shifts, rushed care, and a complete lack of follow-through. If you're not constantly advocating for your loved one, they’ll be neglected — plain and simple. This is not a place of healing — it’s a business disguised as one. The workers seem burned out, apathetic, and in some cases, downright careless.

I never wanted my mother to be in a nursing facility. However, life does not always go as planned. I found this facility to be a comfortable and comforting place for Mom. She had a way with the nurses and they thought fondly of her. The place looked and smelled clean. My mother was well taken care of. They could not always come to her immediate call but they came. Everyone was always very friendly to me. Two of the staff members attended her funeral service because of who she was to them. No place is perfect but I was very pleased with Traditions.

I am glad to write a 5 star review based on my father being a patient/resident. Since Day 1, Traditions has been a great place to help my father's needs. Their attention to detail and customer service has been a blessing. I am grateful for Traditions.
