Peachtree Immediate Care - Lithonia

I have used this location before a few times and have received exceptional care and the wait time has been well reasonable and even swift. This last visit I had to wait a little over an hour although I had an appointment, came on time and filled out the registration forms beforehand. So that is my only disappointment with this recent visit. I do recommend and I recommend making an appointment and not as a walk-in unless it's completely urgent, but not urgent enough for the ER.

Brought my child in and they were amazing! The staff was gentle, patient, and made us feel comfortable. We were in and out and received great care. The doctor took the time to listen and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciate how kind and professional everyone was, and I would definitely recommend this location to other parents.

I was grateful to find an immediate care facility that was close to my home that accepts my insurance. Booking and registering online was very easy and convenient. The staff and PA was nice and the facility was clean. Discharge papers were conveniently sent to my cellphone and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. However.. I wont be back because the wait time was ridiculous. I had an appointment for 12:43 but wasn't seen until almost 3pm.

The Physician and Nurse on staff was very professional and friendly. The meds/prescription prescibed were immediately sent to my pharmacy, which was very convenient. However, the (Pregnant) receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional and provided extreme POOR customer service. She needs to be dismissed immediately to prepare for her delivery. Much advisable, for her not to return & look for another line of work, that doesn't involve working with people. WFH would be more suitable! She is definitely bringing that facility down! I've been coming to this Urgent Care for years & considering to go elsewhere. Me & several people in the lobby agreed!

This urgent care facility is top tier. Right in my neighborhood, convenient, and quick. I loved every staff member I encountered. They were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable. An overall great experience. Thank you!
