Panola Family Dental

Panola Dentists is one of the friendliest dental offices I’ve ever visited. The staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in, and they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat you with real care and respect. It’s a place where you feel valued, not rushed. I truly appreciate how professional and kind they are every time I go.

The service was great. However I wish there was better communication when it came to my insurance prior to the visit, which was scheduled months in advance, and arrival time, which this is the one time I showed up early to an appt lol. I also did not appreciate it being overbooked. A dentist appt shouldn’t take 3.5hrs. Everybody in the lobby can’t have the same appt. There’s only so much personnel. But maybe it was something special going on that day.

I have been a patient with Panola Family Dental for nearly one year and I am extremely satisfied with the service, staff, and dentists. I love how they set appointments and then make sure you're coming with frequent reminder texts and/or emails (close to visits) which I think is wonderful when life is so busy. The moment you walk into the office, you can feel the professionalism and warmth from the front office staff. I highly recommend this dental office. A+++

The team is phenomenal to say the least. Most importantly, I really appreciate and love how Dr. Hester took her time to service my very nervous 11-year old then called her the same evening to check on her. Shay took her time and was very patient with my treatment plan, and dental tech was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my daughter (I forget your name but you are awesome!! I definitely found a jewel in this team and can see a long lasting relationship between the office and my family.

I was trying this office for myself and kids to go to. Glad this did not go through. What a joke! I scheduled my appointment. They canceled my appointment 3 days before the date. They never called, I found out through ZocDoc after my appointment was canceled. When I called about the appointment being cancelled, they stated it was because someone will it be there to perform the appointment. I assumed they would reschedule for the next day or week. When I asked to reschedule, they said it would be in over a month for the next available. Mind you, there office canceled on me. I was upset and baffled why the long wait. When I asked, they said that’s the earliest and could not do anything earlier than a month and a half later. No apology or empathy. Unacceptable. I did not reschedule. I went to
