Piedmont Urgent Care

Big shout out to Dr. Samuel and the office crew Jeronte, Tiffany and the other young lady from Philly at Piedmont Urgent Care for their professional and southern hospitality! I am visiting a friend in Atlanta from Hawaii and forgot to pack my medication. I went to the nearest urgent care near where I was staying and met the most happy and hospitable people who helped me get an emergency refill on my medication. Dr. Samuel was able to verify my medication and dosage via My Chart. In less than an hour, my prescriptions were filled, and I was able to maintain my health. The office looked, bright, welcoming very clean and even offered bottled water while waiting for the doctor. The staff was extremely professional. My MA was such a calm kind and sweet spirit and I really appreciate the care they took with me. I was feeling miserable and my experience didn’t stress me out. Sometimes when you’re unwell, going to see someone can be a miserable experience but the staff was amazing. I’ve been going for myself and my family ( including my kids) for years.

Couldn’t leave ten stars. These ladies are quick and very compassionate. Dawalah was very welcoming and sincere. lol my paperwork was still hot from the printer when she braught it to me. The doc was through and understanding she listened to all my problems and your front desk clerk oh yeah she working hard too. The 12/13/25 crew that was there while I was there from 2:30pm to 3:15pm y’all get all the credit. Thank you so much ❤️.

The service is always extremely fast . The office was EXTREMELY dirty , I have a 4 year old that was being seen and deserves so much better. I showed it to one of the practitioners and she blamed it on a cleaning company and said they need a new cleaning company. No ma'am, you guys have to clean each night if there's no cleaning company to do so I literally was having a whole panic attack as my child was receiving treatment.

Omg everybody was so nice from the front to the back the receptionist the nurses also the doctor was great everybody was professional. Everybody was willing to help. Everybody was very knowledgeable. When people are in a great environment and they are happy they do good. The people who came and did my son CT they were very professional the young lady that came to do his x-ray so professional this place is great great great and if I could give 10 stars, I would. Keep up the good work everybody stay the same.
