My family and I are very grateful for the care provided at this nursing home. The staff are kind, patient, and attentive to the residents. They always treat everyone with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The nurses and caregivers took the time to communicate with our family and kept us updated about our loved one’s health and needs. We truly appreciate their compassion and dedication. I would recommend this nursing home to families looking for a safe and caring place for their loved ones.

Hallways to crowded with chairs, carts, trash. Strong smell of urine in Hallways. Meals served at all times. Lunch may come at 1:30. To much playing among staff!!!

This is one of the best facilities that I've visited, if not the best. It is clean, sanitized, and very well maintained.They have a great friendly staff. The nurses are all very skillful, knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. Even the CNAs are all on point. They have a remarkable, and outstanding Physical and Speech Therapy team. They all do such a wonderful job in taking very good care of your love ones. I must say that I was very impressed, thankful, and grateful. Oh yeah, did I mention that the food tastes great too. They even have a remarkable kitchen staff as well. The office staff are all just as friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you understand everything, and that everyone is satisfied with the outcome. They will help you in any way th

PruittHealth Dillion offers exceptional patient care and customer service. The facility is clean and has a welcoming homelike environment. I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term placement or skilled therapy services. The administrator does an exceptional job ensuring that her patients are well taken care of,and that the employees do the same. She makes sure the facility operates efficiently at all levels including patient care, dietary, laundry, and housekeeping. Wonderful facility.
