Wonderful doctor. However constantly long wait time. My very first appointment I waited an hour and a half before the doctor saw me. My vitals were also oddly checked in a smaller lobby with several other people which I dislike. I am here now to just get labs drawn and I have already waited 45 minutes without being seen yet. Still waiting.

All the staff are very nice, Dr. Kelly and his staff are awesome. They always listen to what I have to say

I never had an encounter with Dr. Nicholas Wallace until my Aunt’s recent hospitalization. Prior to this, I really thought their was no help for patients. I wish my Aunt knew of him sooner. I feel that her overall health would have been much better. Maybe he treated her a time or 2 in all of the years during ER visits. I don’t know. I can say, he was phenomenal in her recent care. Beside manners were exceptional. He pulled up a chair, held her hand, talked but most importantly he listened to her wishes and never once disregarded her feelings about her life. By listening he was able to use his expertise to find out information and help in aiding her Peace and comfort. Some may disagree and that’s ok. I speak what I see and experience. Dr N. Wallace, Dr A Odin and the entire staff have always been great. My elderly mother has some health issues that landed her in the hospital twice over the past couple of years. They are excellent doctors, but the fact they really do take time with the patient and honestly care about their recovery is noticeably evident. I give this group 5 stars!!

Great doctors, really care about their patients. I love that they have days where they offer extended hours. The wait time has improved consistently over the past year. I always feel like Dr Wallace is taking all the time necessary to listen to me and solve any problems I am encountering.
