They refused my service over something that happened years ago when I was a scared kid. They told me they refused to help me because they had a note and started fussing with my mother saying she should have called somebody else they told her to call awhile back. Then when he looked at my teeth he started poking my gums saying “does this hurt any?” No care in the world and after he poked around more he sat me up saying I needed to go somewhere else just to get my tooth pulled and filled! Then his nurses had rude attitudes towards my mother saying she lied and that she never called the right people and then ignored her just to tell me the same thing. I’m completely disappointed with how they treated me and my mother and most definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone, not even taking my

Absolutely just love Dr Bracey he is just a great sweet caring man talks you through everything that’s about to happen very easy and delicate with injections and with every tool he has to use on you he jokes with you puts you at ease and makes you just feel completely comfortable the whole time your sitting in that chair and love all his nurses to their sweet kind hearted every time I’ve been there and he’s great with kids to my daughter used to be so scared of going to the dentist but not anymore she loves him too and so does my son made them both laugh at ease and they never complained about anything he had to do and they try their best to help you and get you in when you’re hurting and in pain and the easiest tooth pulling I’ve ever had so I do highly recommend this place to anyone and

Went to a dentist in Florence and they couldn't remove my tooth. Call Dillon Family and they said for me to come on. Less than a hour later tooth was removed back home resting. Hardly no pain or discomfort, Dr. Bracey talk with through the whole process. Great doctor wonderful staff. And for a third of the cost.

My sister recommended this office to us originally so i had high expectations coming in and they met them with ease. We had my sons tooth pulled today, the dentist and his assistants were very sweet and added some humor to our visit, they explained the situation very clear and talked through our options which made me feel very comfortable, my son was nervous and a bit loud because he was scared but everyone tried to make his visit lighter and explained everything step by step to help him feel more at ease and he was a but quiet afterwards but he got in the car and was talking up a storm so I think all went well. This is definitely a place I will be bringing my family back to.

First visit. Had a cracked tooth that needed to be removed. Called them today 10/13, got me in same day. In at 9 am out at 10 am. Extraction was painless I felt really comfortable with everyone.
