Providence Urgent Care - Chino Hills

I was very sick. I had pneumonia. They were so kind to me put a wheelchair out. Didn’t have me wait in the waiting room took me into a wait for the doctor to separate room of visit room and then they did all the vitals they were just terrific took x-rays. Did an EKG got all the background information for the doctor to try to beat things up they wanted me to go to the hospital, but I explained After my refusal to go to the hospital did give me prescription to the medication I had to take and I tried to explain to them. I just don’t do well in hospitals. They did a wonderful job there. I didn’t need the hospital. I could take care of myself at home even though I’m 94. I have all the facilities at home to do a job and they were terrific. This was just a great facility. Don’t hesitate if you h

The providers and staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and patient throughout my visit. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and truly focused on my individual needs. I really appreciated how patient-centered their approach was—they took the time to listen and ensure I felt comfortable and supported.

I came in. I was greeted with a smile. They asked me for information and they treated me immediately. I had an x-ray on my hand and the doctor was pleasant. The nurses were awesome. The attendance were great. It was a very good experience. Thank you, and I appreciate you all

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. The people were knowledgeable, and friendly. I was able to walk right over to the x-ray room have some images taken and get diagnosed within 10 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this Hospital

Always a great experience at this Urgent Care facility. They have an online feature in which you can indicate what time you will be there within an hour and it holds your place in line. Everyone there is always professional, eager to assist, and courteous to your needs. So grateful that I found them.
