Pomona Valley Health Centers (PVHC) at Crossroads Urgent Care

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and truly caring. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the medical staff took the time to listen and address all of my concerns. The physician was knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. I’m very grateful for the great care and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need.

PAC Joelle was amazing! She listened intently and patiently addressed my concerns. She was extremely professional and kind. She provided me with a diagnosis and sent the prescription to my pharmacy. The service at this urgent care center was professional and quick. Keep in mind that my visit was at the height of flu season. The facility was very clean and all staff members were professional. Thank you so much for this positive experience from someone who was feeling pretty very sick.

Was called pretty quickly from first waiting room even with a crowded room but exam room 1 was a long wait, over 30 minutes and waiting room 2 for x rays was 20 minutes with no other people in that room. The x ray was quick but the results consultation was another 30 minutes. Then the nurses assistant took another 30 minutes to come back to exam room 2 for bandage and tutorial on what to do at home and when I said I'm leaving they sent her in right away and her tape job was terrible but it wasn't anything that couldn't be fixed at home and also wasn't a critical bandaging that needed to be done. Love the staff but hate the waiting. The doctor Monique burleigh Sanchez-Castro is very capable and kind and lovely

Doctor was ok, I’m a new patient and this is my second time visiting this clinic wish I picked for this great readings that it has. My experience this time with one of the girls on the front desk was terrible. She was not very professional. I know they have to do their job but is not what you said is how you said it.. very rude she needs to leave her problems at home.. and practice more on customer service. It will be appreciated….
