AFC Urgent Care Chino Hills

I always go to AFC but this location is excellent. Front desk staff were welcoming and kind. The nurse and doctor to attended to me were amazing. I added myself in line through the website and completed my paperwork which made my wait time very minimal. I had to get an x-ray done and the results came back way quicker than I expected, I was in and out of there within an hour. Loved the little first aid pouch that I was given when I left! I’d highly recommend this location! I hope I don’t have to come back lol but if I have to, it’ll be here!

This was a much improved urgent care experience for me. The receptionist during intake was pleasant and helpful. The intake was seamless and efficient, I got through it in no time! Ms Jasmine chaperoned me through tests and procedures like a tour guide. She was direct, caring and pleasant as I really wasn’t feeling well. All in all, this was my first time visiting AFC. They really cared.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I was especially impressed by how fast everything was — my son got his X-ray results in just 15 minutes! I highly recommend this place.

Had to bring my two-year-old in today, and it was his first time going to urgent care. Not an easy experience for him or his Dad! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean and organized and they made my son feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Lim was awesome!

The facility was extremely clean and the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The office was extremely efficient and professional. Although, my chief complaint was minor they still made me feel like my concerns were important. The nurse practitioner, Pham Long, was very thorough and had many helpful suggestions to aide in my recovery along with my prescription. My entire visit including wait time took less than 20 minutes.
