Hillcrest Dental Studio

Today was the 3rd time I’ve seen the new Dentist.. She has always been very nice & friendly. 1st visit, literally her 1st patient, the day she took over the office, left with sore gums, cuts on my tongue, top of my mouth, cheeks. 2nd visit, was hoping because it was her very 1st day last time, she had gotten into the swing of things & would be on point. I left with the same issues. 3rd visit, today.. .I don’t like to complain but, I needed to tell her that both times I left with cuts all over my mouth, most painful, top of mouth, tounge, cheeks, expecting my gums to be a little sore.. Maybe because I’m a medical patient,?, today for 1st time, was not flossed, polished or even given a drink of water to wash the blood out of my mouth. She asked me how it was, I said “AWFUL”, she walked away

Staff here is so very kind and compassionate. Came in for a second opinion on something and they were able to fit me in for some other treatments same day. Very much recommend!:)

Beautiful warm, bright, and very clean office. Lorraine and Dr.Rana are awesome, professional, friendly, personal, and caring. I really like the fact that they journeyed with me through their clear and thorough findings as Dr. Rana layed out a definitive easy to understand plan of action for my dental care. My first experience was very good, Lorraine at the front desk was very helpful and patient. Dr Skaf was very nice with a gentle touch. Offered me options to take care of my dental needs. Over all they made a good impression and I will return for future treatmentsi.

The new owner is amazing! She did a fabulous job doing my cleaning AND my filling repairs the following week. Excellent bedside manner, and very personable/friendly. My very first dentist retired back in 2020 and I've been to at least 3 other dentists before coming here. So glad I found one I'm happy to go back to! Highly recommended Hillcrest Dental.
