Prompt-MD Urgent Care Center Of Hoboken

We brought our child to PromptMD this past Sunday due to a high fever. The front desk staff — a woman with glasses — was extremely kind and welcoming. We barely had any wait time. Dr. Christina and the nurse had excellent bedside manner. They took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis and treatment plan, which really helped put us at ease as worried parents. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend PromptMD, especially for urgent pediatric care.

NP Cristina was absolutely fantastic! Nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Check-in on the other hand was inefficient, long, and redundant. It’s ridiculous that they make you 1. fill out a form on an ipad at the desk, 2. Fill out a paper with a pen, and then 3. Fill out other forms on your phone after sending a text. Throughout the 3 steps they keep asking some of the same information! Ridiculous! They also require a credit card in addition to your insurance card which shows the $$ in the eyes of whoever owns it

Entire staff was great and very efficient and quick! The PA was particularly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was having stitches removed and she was delicate and helpful with post visit instructions. Highly recommend over the other Hoboken Urgent Care facilities.

I took my mom to see the doctor and we had to wait for almost 2.5 hours. Once we were in the room, we waited for another 30mins. My mom Is very old and she couldn’t even bear to sit there any longer. The wait time post check in is just ridiculous and quite disappointing. But the staff and everyone were very nice.

Dr Salazar was so kind, compassionate and understanding! She really listened to my concerns and fears and explained things to me that lessened my anxiety! She’s amazing!
