Promotion Physical Therapy

They scheduled an appointment for me. Within 24 hours of the appointment being scheduled, I canceled, due to commitments with work. They charged me $35 since they said I canceled within the day of the appointment - I explained that the appointment was automatically scheduled by them within the 24 hour time frame, so there was no way I could cancel in time. Beyond that, they were training a college student with my case. The student obviously didn't have confidence in their experience or intake, so I had many of the same procedures performed 2x, making the waiting period to actual treatment longer. Random, but worth mentioning, the front desk area reeks of body odor.

I recently visited Promotional Therapy for some physical therapy sessions and was blown away by the great staff members. Ally, Maddie, Mark Saldanas, Justin, and Mrs. Stacy were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to understand my needs and concerns and created a personalized treatment plan that helped me make significant progress towards my goals. I appreciated their attention to detail and the way they always made me feel comfortable and supported during each session. Overall, I highly recommend Promotional Therapy to anyone looking for a top-notch physical therapy clinic with a great team of staff members.

All the staff have been so helpful in my shoulder recovery from a bicycle accident. The almost immediate results that were achieved were so astounding to me. I’m so grateful for all the professional advice and their dedication to getting full mobility again. Thank you

Very pleased with my experience here. Dr. Mendiola and Dr. Dagelman were very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my feedback every visit, and created an individualized program. This has helped me return to ultramarathon distance this year; and for the first time in 10 years my back pain is actually gone multiple days a week. Highly recommend this clinic to any endurance athlete who wants to address chronic pain while continuing to pursue their sport.

I can only say good things about Dr Cuvillier and her team. Since day one the office has been so influential in my recovery. Even when I had to take time off to take care of other health issues, I was getting emails and calls from Dr. Cuvillier to check in and even send me information that I needed without asking for it! She has been an absolute godsend and I am so grateful to her dedication and kindness. I wish ALL doctors were like her and cared for their patients with the same attention and concern. I am still on my recovery but I can testify that Promotion Physical Therapy has changed my life for the better.
