Proliance Pacific Rim Physical Therapy

First, the provider I worked with was nice and helpful, i'm sorry she has to work here. My appointment started 10 minutes late and someone from the front desk came into the room after the appointment started to let her know she was double booked and would need to wrap up my appointment soon (10 minutes in). So, I was effectively billed $315 for 15 minutes. An email to billing returns an AI generated response. When I saw how many locations they have I assumed there would be no humanity here and sure enough they are just another example of everything wrong with our health care system.

Not a fan. It was very difficult to get an initial appointment (about 4 weeks out), and then follow-up appointments were also hard to get. The initial 45 minute appointment with a PT seemed quite cursory and they billed it out at $447, including a charge for "therapeutic exercises" - there were no therapeutic exercises discussed. I switched PT providers. I prefer Capstone.

I have gone to FYZICAL Therapy for about 25 yrs and they have help with recovery post: Knee surgery, 3 rotator cuff surgeries, balance issues and pre-surgery exercises. They have been very generous with all the different bands and use of exercise web based platforms. Their office is located in the Barkley District, so very easy access. And they are a very professional crew. Highly recommend.

Rafael has been amazing throughout my recovery after a car accident. I came in with severe back pain and limited movement, and now I feel stronger, more flexible, and confident in my body again. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients — highly recommend!

I’ve needed help with my balance and strengthening my right leg so I could stay in my home and manage all the stairs. Rafael was the perfect person as he zeroed directly into a few exercises I did everyday and as I progressed he would add a few more. I completed 10 sessions with Rafael and feel I accomplished my goals but acknowledge I’ll be doing them every day forward so I won’t slip backwards. He instructed me to strengthen my core, showed me why that’s so important and how by just doing that enabled my daily exercises to work the correct muscles. He’s the best! Thank you Rafael.
