The staff was incredibly patient and went out of their way to get me help with an abscess. I received prompt service and excellent care. Dr. St. Cyr clearly explained the process and helped put me at ease. I’m very grateful for the care I received.

I love this dentist office staff and Dr Spencer St Cyr!!! They are very friendly, nice, knowledgeable, honest, caring, gentle and sweet. I have only been to 1 dentist 1 time I think in 2001 and I came across this office and I highly recommend them!!! There's hardly a wait when you arrive for your appointment. If you could see my teeth before and after I started with Dr Spencer St Cyr you would be amazed...he does an EXCEPTIONAL JOB!!! After all these years I just want to "smile" and show my awesome teeth! Thanks to the staff and Dr Spencer St Cyr!!!

I really appreciate this dental office. They are friendly and eager to assist with any patients' dental goals. My teeth always feel so clean when I leave the office. I value the dentist and hygienist input in my oral health. Their office also supports community nonprofits which warms my heart.

The staff were super nice and friendly. However, make sure before-hand they accept your insurance. I ended up having to pay an $800 charge right there in the office after my kids and I had routine check-ups. I did not realize that they didn't accept our insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield), and didn't think it would be an an issue since I've never had a problem like that before with a dentist's office. I even gave them my insurance card before being seen, but wasn't told then that they didn't accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

If I could give negative stars I would. We saw this office as a family for 10 years. At my 18 year olds last visit I was told he had 11 cavities. New dentist says 2.....Started decent but has gotten awful over the years. Average wait time in waiting room is 1.5 hours after appointment time. Their is constantly a new dentist in training that you are moved to. The billing "specialist " has zero idea how accurate accounting works and consistently pads the bill with extra charges. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
