Clarity Audiology is a hidden gem in south Carroll County. I recently needed the services of a Doctor of Audiology. I contacted Clarity based solely on their convenient location in the South Carroll Medical Building . My telephone inquiry was answered by a very pleasant, helpful staff member who answered all of my initial questions. At my first appointment the office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Katie was helpful beyond my expectations. She continues to be very supportive, kind, personable, and readily available whenever I need her help. This was my first visit to Clarity Audiology and meeting with Dr Katie Leitner. From the moment I entered the office, the staff there were extremely welcoming and friendly. The actual hearing exam and tests administered by Dr Leitner were professionally done and the rapport between her and myself was phenomenal. There was absolutely no pressure to get hearing aids and her whole outlook was what was best for me and my situation. She totally understood my situation (nagging wife and daughter to get hearing aids) and she totally sympathized with me. I can’t wait to go back and try out my new hearing aids. I also like the 5 year walk-in policy to have the aids tweaked as necessary w/o an appoint. Seems like a great place where they take of you very well!
