We had an amazing experience at PSJ Orthodontics! Both of our children started treatment at an early age and completed their orthodontic care here, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the results. Their smiles look amazing, and they both became more confident through the process. From day one, the front desk staff was always warm, welcoming, and helpful with scheduling and questions. The doctors are without a doubt the absolute best, they are highly skilled, personable and are always respectful of your time. Our initial consultation was very good. Orthodontists were friendly and didn't leave any detail out that we hadn't already heard from two other consults so we felt comfortable in knowing they could do the job. Costs was fair in comparison to other consults, but we like that they have multiple office locations, doctors and flexible hours. The staff is extremely pleasant and patient about listening to questions and providing detail responses. We have a friend that also uses the office currently for her children and she is happy with the early results. While I always push for multiple consultations in any medical requirements, you can't go wrong with PS&J Orthodontics.

"Dream Team" would describe this practice. From the moment you walk through the door until the end of the final visit, the feel is warm, friendly, professional and caring. The founder of the practice set the tone and I felt both of my children received excellent care and have beautiful teeth in their 40's. I returned to the expanded practice in my late 60's and have lovely, straight teeth to show for it! More than that, the team members/ Dr. Sorkin (I saw her almost exclusively) would be my friends of choice. Excellent care AND caring. They all practice medicine as it should be. I am sad to have completed the treatment plan. And I am glad to know they are there if I or anyone I know needs them in the future.

I do not recommend this practice. Seeing the different orthodontists in the practice and frequently getting conflicting opinions and recommendations is frustrating. Not satisfied with my daughter’s results after expander and two phases of braces. For my son, our dentist was concerned with the mixed messages we received and recommended we get a 2nd opinion. Much happier at a different local orthodontist group who gave a more accurate plan of how to handle our son’s case. In addition, rude front office staff when “their system” did not recently have our appointment. I expect a higher level of costumer service after spending several thousands dollars for disappointing care.

The doctors and staff, at every office, are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain and share information so that both the patients and parents can both understand. All of my kids, including myself, are patients and we've been very happy with our results so far. This practice is unlike any other in the area!
