Patriot Urgent Care - Eldersburg

Took my young son to Patriot Care and had a wonderful experience. He’s usually very anxious about flu/COVID swabs, but the nurse was amazing: calm, comforting, and done in seconds. Clearly great with kids. Professional, friendly, and caring. Highly recommend.

I arrived promptly at 9:30am for my appointment at 9:40am. I was called back 1 hour and 13 minutes later, at 10:43am. The “nurse” was rude and seemed irritated. The only saving grace was the PA who treated me. She was friendly and professional. I’d recommend going elsewhere for a doc in a box. You’re likely to die of old age in the lobby of this place. Even if you make it to the back they will be short and rude with you as if they are upset you didn’t age off in the lobby.

I booked my appointment the night before on line. I arrived and was greeted and checked in. In just a few minutes I was taken back. Vitals taken plus testing done. I had to wait for the test results. Doctor came back gave me my results and diagnosis. She called in prescription and I was finished. Very efficient

I went to Patriot Urgent Care for the first time this past week. I will say that this was the most pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in the door my experience was good. Checking in fully on the kiosk was a breeze. I waited no longer than 10 minutes to be called back to an exam room. The nurse was kind and efficient and the doctor was in the room within minutes. My entire visit was less than an hour! I will definitely use Patriot Urgent Care in the future if the need arises!

I came to Patriot Urgent Care in Eldersburg to r/o Strep. I was the first appointment of the day. It was a snowy morning. I appreciated them being there. Everyone who helped me was amazing. Jahleel greeted me with a smile. Panny took my vitals and Dr Laura was efficient caring and kind. This place is the best. Thanks everyone.
