Margo has been one the most knowledgeable and helpful physical therapists that I've come across. She used her knowledge to effectively craft orthotics that have given me the ability to walk properly. She also helped me rehabilitate an Achilles tendon injury in a brief time window. Margo exudes warmth and professionalism. She adeptly listened to my concerns and came up with effective treatment plans. Her efforts have been facilitated by the entire ProFormance Rehab team who have been nothing but incredibly helpful with the logistics of coming in for appointments. I appreciate them all deeply.

I first came to ProFormance Rehab in 2009 after not getting the results from another PT clinic. I was impressed with the thoroughness and knowledge of my PT(Amber). I also appreciated that she spent the full 1 hr appointment with me and I was not handed off to a Physical Therapist Aid during the duration of my rehab. Over the last 9 years I have had several other injuries and happily come back to ProFormance Rehab and gotten the same great results working with Amber and Mark. I would highly recommend choosing ProFormance Rehab as the place you go to for your Physical Therapy!

I had an excellent experience at Proformance Rehab. I went for 2 separate injuries: neck pain, and a torn meniscus. I received excellent care each time. I really felt like my therapist paid attention to me the whole time, and it was a positive encouraging atmosphere (which is nice when you're in pain). My mother is another excellent PT that works out of state, and I was so impressed with my care, I asked her to come with me to the appointment so that she could see how they worked. The MAT therapy was my favorite. I love the hands on treatments and the immediate affects. Thank you. I've since moved to Arkansas otherwise, I would be back to nurse a few more injuries.

I have seen several therapists at ProFormance Rehab over the years for injuries related to a leg length discrepancy. Their therapists are extremely knowledgeable and have all helped me tremendously in both healing particular injuries and in understanding the key muscle groups I need to keep strong. Everyone is at ProFormance Rehab has been respectful and pleasant to work with and the location between the U-district and South Lake Union is convenient and has parking and frequent bus service.

I have been going to ProFormance rehab since 2012. I work mostly with Melissa. Her help has been life changing, and I am really not exaggerating. She (and the whole team) are very experienced and spend a full hour with you. I learned how to train my body to walk in a whole different way, using my many specific glutteal muscles. The MAT technique really works--there is a brain/muscle connection that few are aware of. I have referred my husband and friends to this clinic.They are easy to connect you if you have a question between appointments. I can't recommend this clinic high enough!
