Billing department here is terrible. Said we were supposed to appeal billing w/ our insurance and that they emailed my wife invoices ….when my wife asked what email they have on file…the billing department responded w/ “I don’t see one” My insurance provider said that the billing department was supposed to appeal, the billing department said we had to appeal…who knows. This clinic didn’t care to assist Overall the employees at the practice have a hard time comprehending anything and friendliness is zero. Practice Administrator is worthless w/ trying to find resolutions. Didn’t give us the time of day…if the practice administrator would like us to discuss this review..my wife’s email is now on file… Moved our child to another pediatrician in town - should have gone off the other reviews

This Dr. group does NOT support vaccine choice. Dr. Barham uses fear-mongering to try to pressure patients to follow their vax schedule. Why do babies need 6 vaccines before they're 4 months old? What's wrong with parents wanting to space the vaccines out? They are now threatening to stop treating patients who do not follow their vax schedule. Abilene deserves better.

We love our pediatrician, but will never schedule at this office again. Hickory St wait times are maybe 10-15 minutes within our appointment timeframe. We’re still in the lobby an hour after our scheduled appointment time and were told “you’re the next patient in line” 20 minutes ago.

Every single time we make an appt, we still wait over an hour before being seen. If you can’t accommodate the time scheduled or at least within 30 min of that scheduled time, then don’t allow the appt to be made. We are switching pediatricians solely based off this issue. Their front desk receptionist do nothing to help lessen the wait time or even fill you in on what the wait is or even if there is a wait. The MD’s really need to step up and address/remediate the issue. Let me add…when I called to make an appt they said if I missed one more appt that they would kick both kids out of the practice. I have never missed and appt and told the receptionist that. She said I had missed a check up but when I told them I never received the text reminder she said that wasn’t her responsibility.
