ProDerm Skin & Surgery is an excellent addition to the area and delivers a truly professional, patient-focused experience from start to finish. The facility is new, modern, and exceptionally clean, creating a very reassuring environment the moment you walk in. The reception staff immediately set a positive tone—warm, welcoming, and attentive. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being offered water or fizzy water while waiting, which made the visit feel comfortable rather than clinical. The intake process was fast and efficient, clearly designed with patient convenience in mind. From what I observed, the practice appears to offer a wide range of dermatology treatments supported by modern equipment and up-to-date approaches. This place is like the Chick-fil-A of dermatology offices! The front desk staff provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in! Dr. Proffer and Leslie saw me in back of house and also provided amazing service! I came into my first appointment with a list of concerns (medical and cosmetic). They listened with care and gave me aggressive vs. conservative treatment options tailored to me. Together we created a plan to address all my issues. Dr. Proffer was incredibly knowledgeable and specified what treatments would work best for my skin color (POC) and skin type. I’m super excited about starting my new skin journey with them and can’t wait until my next appointment! This is a fairly new office and already a well oiled machine. Dr. Proffer was extremely attentive, caring and took her time with me. She was very thorough and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. The front desk staff is kind, considerate, and professional; as was the PA and nurse. And the facilities are top notch. I am so happy I discovered Dr. Proffer and her office.

ProDerm is the BEST dermatology in Austin! I have the best results from Dr Proffer - she’s super intelligent and knows what she’s talking about. It makes it even better that they’re always so kind, honest, and understanding. They’re always on time, parking is easy, pricing is transparent, and Hailey at the front always remembers you and offers refreshments :) I would recommend any of my friends to ProDerm!!

5 star experience. Hailey, Lexi, D.Proffer, and Elizabeth were all great. I was really nervous about going and the front desk started off with a warm welcome. Once I was in the room my doctor and her assistants were kind, friendly and provided me with so much information and reassurance! Excited to go back. Great facility truly
