Proactive MD Conway Health Center

I have been going to Proactive MD for a little over a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. Alicia and Jennifer are family. They are warm, funny and make you feel right at home. No matter the time of day, Jennifer will make you feel welcome while taking your vitals. She will make you laugh and can draw blood like no other (painlessly) . Alicia takes her time discussing your progress and is so down to earth. She explains everything and you never feel rushed. She cares a great deal about her patients and says treats you like family will giving the best advice and care. I love these ladies and would highly recommend them to everyone. I even got my daughter and son-in-law going and they are just as pleased as I am.

Upon entering the office the staff greeted me like a long missed friend, the waiting area was comfortable and wait time was minimal. Jennifer at reception was funny and delightful, making registering and getting all necessary paperwork less of a task. The physician who cared for me was knowledgeable, a great listener and got to the root of the problem quickly. Her calm demeanor kept the anxiety of being in a doctors office at an all time low. I highly recommend ProActive MD.

I have proactive md through my employer so I was like what the heck let me see what they can do for me. All my other doctors haven’t been listening to me or giving me the help I want so I was skeptical coming here. But let me tell you, as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and safe. Jennifer greeted me with a smile at 8 o’clock in the morning and was very attentive and sweet. Then I was greeted by Alicia “my doctor” who i would say is heaven sent!! She actually took her time to explain everything to me! I told her what was wrong and she didn’t just say oh lose weight and you’ll change she checked everything!!! I don’t usually do reviews on doctors offices’ but this one has exceeded my expectations and I do hope they continue to strive and help people like me who just get put off. Thank

This company is a joke! I can’t even get them on the phone and I’m out of my meds! Georgetown County employees deserve so much better than this!!!
