I read a lot of these reviews and didn't get my hopes up dealing with them. However, I have to get a shout-out to Jeremy. I had to switch health insurance at the beginning of this year due to a huge jump in cost (I am self-employed). I have normally done all my prescriptions via my local retail pharmacy. I am also dealing with my health care provider not being in network. Finally found one in-network, but it won't be seen by them until June (3 months from now). So I called TeleDoc and explained the situation to them. Told them that I was out of my medication and couldn't been seen for several months. They sent in a prescription to my local retail pharmacy. Found out that I have to get my prescriptions filled via ProAct Online. Called into ProAct and talked to Jeremy. He was able to g

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had in dealing with medications. Wait times are consistently over 1 hour, so call backs are the only way to reach anyone. But if you’re on the phone when they call back, it’s up to you to start the whole process over again. They’ve shipped necessary medication late multiple times leading to a variety of complications even after I proactively called to ensure it would be timely. No one seems to be in a hurry to get the medications shipped on time.

Horrible service all around. 100% do not recommend. They cover a Rx, next time I try to renew, it's a higher price - so I try to get it mail order. I submit, they won't process. For another Rx, my doctor submits a fax preautorization and I'm told to tell them to re-submit it on their portal because they are 500 faxes behind. I call and have to wait 40 minutes, just to be told I need to be transfered - and that is another 40 minute wait. They say they will fix something and I call back a day or two later to check and 'opps' it was not actually fixed. I had to call 7 days in a row to try to solve a problem. A month later, now I am trying to get something for the third time and they tell me (after another 40 min wait) is an 'excluded' drug so I am just going to have to pay out of pocket.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. This place has yet to provide a solid service. They hold my prescriptions hostage and I am bound to this waste of time and energy mail order nonsense. There's always an excuse. First you find out at CVS that the insurance won't cover your meds and the pharmacy won't fill them. Then even if you want them filled, CVS refuses because you have insurance. Then having a withdraw complication and winding up in Fitz because of it. The arrogance of these people who make you wait. They say you can get authorization and get your rx filled at CVS, which I have had to do twice already-since the end of August. If I have to do the footwork with my MD and get rx sent to them and still CVS because of their screw up and then I have to go to CVS to pick it up, what's the p

If I could give 0 stars I would. After I signed in on the website, I searched to see if the drug was covered and it says it was, however, my pharmacy said it was not. I called ProAct and after waiting for over 30 minutes, I was connected to not one but two CSR's that were very rude. I told them what was going on and they said the medication was not covered. When I told them it shows that it is covered, they both told me they could not help me in so many words. So I asked them how do I check what medication is covered then and he told me he would send me a list by email which he did. Finally, I asked him what good is the website then and he basically said he did not know and he could not help me. How hard is it to get the proper formulary under my plan listed on the website? Awful service!
