West Side Physical & Aquatic Therapy

I’ve come for quite a few issues I’ve had. And worked with everyone. I feel well cared for no matter who I’m working with. Everyone has a great bedside manner and will match personalities well. They are very respectful of private matters. Also find them to be LGBTQIA plus friendly and accommodating for a variety of accessibility needs. They are a place of hope in a time of pain. Would recommend them.

I would recommend West Side PT to anyone needing physical therapy. This was my fourth experience with PT (first with West Side) and would 100% come back for any future therapy needed. I came to them experiencing sciatica and had a confirmed (badly) herniated disk in my lower back. I couldn’t feel my leg, couldn’t walk normal and had no muscle tone to the calf of that leg. I worked with Staci, Tom and Robin and within a 6 weeks I was back to feeling great, walking normally and able to manage the injury so that it had no impact on my daily life. All 3 of them are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and every session was completely personalized based on how I was feeling leading up to that days appointment. This is my second time visiting Westside Physical Therapy and they never disappoint. I saw Stacy for my hip replacement and she was wonderful and pushed me to the limits that I needed to be pushed. Now I’m seeing Janet for my arm and she is just as wonderful and she really knows her stuff. Tom and Robin are wonderful PT assistants as well. The office staff is helpful and accommodating!! I would recommend this office to anyone who needed Physical Therapy!

The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I was a patient of Janet a few years and thrived through the therapy that I received. I recently suffered an injury and immediately knew who I wanted to be treated by. The staff works together and I’m confident they have my best interest in mind. Staci, Janet and Tom are amazing. The young women who help ones name is Bri pleasant as well. Karen at the reception also a pleasure. I feel like these individuals go above and beyond what their work entails. They bring outside research into their work place and guise their clients to do and be better. Thank you Westside thereapy!
