CNY Obstetrics & Gynecology

From the time I walked in the door until I left, I had an awesome experience! The staff was very friendly, the wait time was minimal both in the waiting room and the exam room. I have had Maria Gigante-Baggett for many years, and she is top-notch! She hasn't always been at this particular practice, but I followed her here because I trust her explicitly. Everyone was very caring and respectful. I highly recommend this practice, and Maria!

I switched to this practice when I became pregnant. My old OBGYN had retired and there was no one left at my old practice who still delivered. I was so nervous to be at a new OBGYN. But they were wonderful! The front desk women are great at finding appointments that work for you, the nurses are so kind and patient, especially Tina & Lindsay. The ultrasound tech Crystal is AWESOME! Jessica, one of the PA’s, is so great and listens to all your concerns. Dr Medina is wonderful, he doesn’t rush you and answers all your questions thoroughly. I was so thankful to have him at my delivery, as it turned into an emergency c-section and he was so calm and in control it helped to calm my fears. I am so thankful I was able to find this practice during my pregnancy and look forward to continuing to be

I have been with this practice for years… the people are great! Dr. Brown has made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease in multiple situations. Highly recommend this practice for any and all female needs. Maria is an amazing asset to the practice. They are all kind, understanding and down to earth. They take your feelings and opinions seriously.

I chose CNY-OBGYN for my second pregnancy and it was a dream compared to where I went for my first born. Dr Medina was absolutely amazing alongside of all the nurses I saw during my pregnancy. They listened to all my concerns and were so compassionate and nice! The front desk ladies were the sweetest too. I will always recommend!

I see they deleted my Gf review. I’ll add something. This place treated my girlfriend very badly. She had other obligations and they refused to work with her on appointments and even going so far as to claim she was “going against medical advice” any time she exercised her rights to make an appointment she was able to attend during the time she had custody trial to attend and her job giving her a hard time. I overheard the front office coordinator “Jill “”being disgustingly rude to her. She manipulated her appointments, made appointments without my gf permission, and then tried to hold it against her for not coming when my gf never made the appointment. She would cal to change it so she could attend it. She recorded those phone calls. Jill kept harassing her with constant calling hanging u
