I absolutely LOVE the staff and Dr. Raphael! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind! I’ve been doing vbeam treatments for years. When I moved to Syracuse I looked for a derm with a vbeam. It was an awful experience and nothing like previous treatments or the results. I’m so glad I found Dr. Raphael! It’s exactly what I expected and perfect results! I’ll definitely be returning for all dermatology needs cosmetic and medical! Wonderful office!!!!

Looking forward to becoming a new patient here. I’ve heard nothing but great things about most of their locations. I am heavily dissatisfied with their phone representative that helped me. Lacking customer service & rude. I understand this was a representative problem, not a specific location problem. But I advise hiring new call center staff. Anyway, hopefully my appointment goes well.

*Edit - While I still thoroughly dislike the AI answering system, I was very impressed with the staff and they reached out to better understand what about it I was unhappy with, and the professionalism/customer service gets their star back. I really like this place and their knowledge of co-occuring autoimmune disorders with skin issues is fantastic and refreshing. I had to remove a star though, because the AI assistant to make appointments made my skin crawl.

Was told that my procedure was covered by my insurance 100 percent,now I am getting billed for hundreds of dollars. My only income is SSI tight budget they lied to me will cancel all my upcoming appointments and take my business elsewhere.

I have had an excellent experience with this office. Rachel Dorrer is friendly and knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions and is thorough in her explanations. The staff have been kind and helpful, and the office feels very clean and modern. Very happy with my experience at Empire!
