I had such a great experience at Prizm Dental last week! Dr. Choi was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. Eileen, the Office Manager, was wonderful...so welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. The whole team made the visit stress-free and pleasant. I truly appreciate their professionalism and warmth. Highly recommend Prizm Dental to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares!

She’s professional, friendly, and always goes the extra mile to help with scheduling or insurance questions. My hygienist Carlos is absolutely amazing — gentle, thorough, and incredibly attentive. He takes the time to explain everything and makes each cleaning feel comfortable and stress-free. My teeth have never felt better! And my dentist Dr. Choi is truly the best. Prizm Dental did a phenomenal job at performing ny deep cleaning. The staff was very welcoming and attentive with walking me through the procedure. Dr. Choi was awesome, and Carlos was very kind and attentive with my deep cleaning. Great place, highly recommend for anyone that needs dental work.

I had not been to the dentist in years and found Prizm Dental in La Verne by searching online as I have been experiencing pain with a wisdom tooth. I was a little nervous and upon walking in I was greeted by Eileen who was very courteous and generous. Dr. Choi introduced himself and took sometime to get to know me as well and made me feel at ease. Desiree took my dental x-rays and made me feel calm and comfortable during the process. I met once more with Dr. Choi who explained the step by step process going forward and answered all my questions. It was a great experience and I appreciate the hospitality, professionalism and expertise in Dr. Choi and his staff!
