La Verne Medical Urgent Care

Went there due to an eye injury. Staff was great. I could not see very well due to my injury so the staff helped me register quickly. Treatment was fast and complete. The Dr. was very nice and complete with her exam of my eye. She made sure that there was no damage to my eye. They quickly treated me and were clear on my exit instructions.

I’ve visited this facility in the past and have always found the doctors and clinical staff to be friendly. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the front office staff during the evening shift was very disappointing. I arrived around 9:30 p.m. to urgent care, clearly not feeling well. From the moment I checked in, Jorge was unwelcoming and lacked basic professionalism and empathy. His demeanor made an already stressful situation worse. My insurance had recently changed, and I had called multiple times earlier in the day to confirm that I could still be seen without having my physical insurance card. I spent more time with the front desk than the doctor. Which thankfully they were nice but I would have appreciated having basic communication with the doctor I’m seeing. I’ve been sick for a couple of days with symptoms not getting better. Wasn’t told what I was diagnosed with. Didn’t even get asked what my symptoms are. Just was told she’d give me a few days off. I’m not trying to miss more work… i came here to get help which clearly I didn’t. When I called the office back to ask about medications that I was confused on and apparently she diagnosed me with allergies! Maybe if the Dr was professional enough to care and ask questions she’d have a better idea what I have. Never coming here again and going to have to see another doctor now to help relieve my symptoms. I’m still feeling terri

This is my go-to urgent care. The staff is always friendly, and I am never left waiting very long. I rushed my son here when he had allergic reaction that caused his face and mouth to swell, and they were quick to treat him and give him the injection he needed. They are helpful, efficient and thorough.

Excellent service received today! Came in for an insect bite concern on my daughter's leg, prepared for hours of waiting. Surprisingly it was only a 20 minute wait to be called, Matt the PA came in and reconfirmed my suspicion and gave us a prescription. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I've been a patient of Kaiser for over 10 years, this was my first time with new insurance having to try somewhere other than Kaiser and I was pleasantly surprised. Prescription was already in process by the time I drove over to CVS.
