I have been Going to dental care of Laverne for so long now I can't remember how many years It has been. It's probably at least 10 to 12 years. This is my painless dentist. I can actually say that I enjoy going to the dentist. I am very comfortable Getting work done here. The staff And the dentist are Great. Hopefully you find your experience as pleasant as mine is.
I have been going To Dental Care of LA Verne for some time, the staff is friendly and Linda is great. I get my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months, and they do a good cleaning job. my teeth don't bleeding anymore and no swelling around my gums.
BEWARE. If you want to have an insurance NIGHTMARE come here. Our family has been coming here for years and when Dr. Franco took over "Dental Care of La Verne" we have had the worst experience ever. We have a PPO insurance and needed dental work. BEFORE the dental work was done, we made sure to talk to Linda and the front office/billing about cost. We wanted to make sure insurance would cover the dental work OR wanted to know how much our portion would be that was not covered by insurance before moving forward with the dental work. They said we "had great dental insurance and the procedure would be covered in FULL through insurance." So we moved forward with having dental work done. Then after dental work was completed they sent bills stating we owed $700 that the insurance did not cover.
BEST TRIP TO THE DENTIST EVER! I have been coming to this dentist since they opened, Linda always does a great job getting me in to see the Dentist and reminding me of my appointments. Dr. Franco was just Fantastic today, she fixed one of my front teeth that was chipped, It looks like brand new again! Young Dr. Franco has a very promising career ahead of her! great Dentistry runs deep in the family. Thank you for taking the time this morning to make my tooth perfect again. Bill
