I am absolutely thrilled with the high level of wonderful care I have been receiving here. Every single one of the staff have greeted me by name since the first day. They are attentive, professional, and super caring. Special call out to the amazing Grace and Jennifer!

I have gone here in the past and had a positive experience. What I will say is that the personal attention is low, it is kind of your back hurts, do these stretches and exercises. You might talk to the Dr. for 5-10 min the first visit, but in general, 95% of care is done through the assistants and in public. That said, I had no issue with it, it is an assembly line approach, and in the past has been very reasonable. With that said, it seems the prices have gotten high in my opinion, especially for the level of care. My insurance was billed about $350 for initial visit, then close to $200 per visit after.

I have been training with Adrienne for years and she is wonderful. Pritchette PT has benefited greatly from my business. The way the owner Keith has handled claims with my insurance is very unprofessional. My insurance was happy to reimburse claims with the appropriate notes, however Pritchette PT refused to provide these. I spoke with my insurance personally twice and they agreed to resubmit the claims, but I still received a bill for $645 from Pritchette threatening to send it to collections. They will not see a penny from me, not when insurance is willing to pay if they provide simple additional information. What a way to treat a loyal customer! I will not set foot in this place again.

Our family of four has been coming to Pritchette PT for many years. We are extremely satisfied and recommend their rehab, strength training, and massage therapy services. Dr Keith is professional and highly dedicated to the success and full recovery of his patients. Dr Keith and his staff genuinely care for patients which can be felt from your first visit. The staff is supportive, encouraging, and amazing in every respect! The atmosphere is fun, inviting and encouraging and focused on PT success. We Highly recommend Dr Keith and his fantastic team!

I had been going here for four Different rehabs over the past few years I realized it was good, but I did not know how good it was until I moved away and had to go to a different place. Keith and the gang are absolutely the best group of people you could ask for for a rehab and their system is first class! They are head and shoulders above the rest, This is no joke!
