Prisma Health Pharmacy–Grove Road

When my family member used this pharmacy as an impatient we had a great experience. Now as a outpatient it is a different story. After multiple attempts to call the pharmacy (3 disconnects, 3 on holds with disconnection and 1 success) I asked for 1 prescription to be filled. I asked if the pharmacy closed for lunch and asked if I could come by at 1 pm (3 hours+ later) to get the medication. I was told that would be fine. I arrived at 1:25 pm and was abruptly told that they were working on it and it would be 45 minutes to an hour before complete. This pharmacy is not in a convenient location and requires entering the hospital. It is however affordable for my family member. extremely helpful if you need to pick up prescription early

PRISMA, please hire workers that know how to work! I can’t get my call answered. Some workers don’t know what they’re doing and tell me I don’t have my prescriptions filled, when I know it is fulfilled. Also, the sorry pharmacy doesn’t even send messages of give calls about the order filled anymore. In other words, DO BETTER!

Gabby is beyond rude and nasty. She has no patience and seemed highly annoyed to help me. She then told me my son has expired Medicaid which isn’t true and his medication would cost money. I called Publix to switch it there, they had no issue with his insurance and his medication would have been free like it always has been. She spoke to the worker at Publix and was rude with no patience to them either . Also charged us twice which I called as soon as I got to the car and she said it didn’t. Well it’s taken out of my account twice so clearly it did. There was absolutely no need to be rude.
