Prisma Health Center for Pediatric Medicine–West

We recently moved to Greenville and needed to establish care for our 1-year-old and 4-year-old. We called Prisma’s scheduling line as instructed and were told it would be two months before we could be seen. We accepted the wait and scheduled back-to-back appointments for both children. We never received a confirmation email however we’re told that the appointments had been scheduled. The day before the appointment, we finally received a confirmation—but it did not include an address. When we searched Google, it directed us to an old location that unknown to us had closed. After driving there with our two children, we called and were given the new address, 20 minutes away. When we arrived, I asked why the Google listing hadn’t been updated. I been taking my daughters here for years and never had this bad experience before. I have never had an issue until yesterday, The NP Jessica Blake Robbins that treated my daughter yesterday was blantaly disrespectful and unprofessional. What hurt the most is my 16 year old daughter came home crying because of how poorly she had treated us. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what... but that does NOT giver her a excuse to have us treated with lack of compassion. I would definitely be changing physicians. If you do decide to come to this practice just be careful who you let treat your child. Do your research before you come in!!

I had one of the worst experiences in this facility with my 4 month old. The nurse practitioner JESSICA BLAKE ROBBINS came into the room being somewhat uptight from the beginning… asking if we pinched him, what did we do to him & all types of other offensive things referring to my baby crying which was unprofessional. I expressed my concerns about my child not holding the milk down that was provided from wic. Instead of her trying to be understanding of how bad my son spits up she continuously interrupts me and says the only way they can help change his milk to the one I am currently using at home is if he is losing weight.. there is not going to be a decline in his weight simply because I won’t let my child suffer and will pay for a better milk out of pocket. She refused to understand my

CPC-WEST Upon entry into the facility the front desk was really welcoming and friendly. There was just one family in the waiting area besides myself and child. Before I was seated I let the front desk know that I was pressed for time and if I needed to reschedule I would do so. She assured me that the wait time was minimal and my child's provider was not busy at all. The nurse that called us back and did vitals on my son was hilarious. I can't remember her name but I do know she is newly from New York. I repeated the same thing to her about my timing. I do not expect people to drop what they are doing but I do expect respect. After waiting in the room for 45 minutes with no one to come in the room to even check on us...I left out of the room to find help. There was a staff station

Dr. Delgado is an incredible pediatrician. Also, the nurses at this location are SO nice, and very good at their jobs. My son gets the best possible care here.
