the staff is super friendly and that earns them one star. this location uses outside contracted medical staff. this business's sole priority is profit. this place fraudulently bills for services not rendered at exorbitant prices to boot. additionally they bill for massage therapy and arent licensed for it. the massage therapy they provide consists of applying muscle creams by hand wearing latex gloves or a vibration device. they fradulently use deep tissue and therapeutic massage billing codes and bill in 15 minute increments but ive timed them to last 4-7 minutes. i declined their massage service as well as the ultrasound and heat packs and they still billed insurance for them. their equipment and the office they use is straight out of the late 70’s and early 80's. over half the final bil

how is this place still in business with all the insurance fraud they're committing? They have the patient sign in and then write services next to their signature that were not rendered after they leave. The massage they provide is a joke, they aren't even licensed to provide massage therapy and the people who are doing the massages aren't licensed massage therapist let alone trained. They apply icy hot with latex gloves and use therapeutic and eat tissue massage filling codes.

It's OK at first because you get the rubs and stimulation on area that is hurting. But after a while it doesn't seem to work, I am still hurting. I believe I have nerve damage from an accident. When I told the doctor exactly what was hurting and pointed it out, he acted as if I was lying. 😒 I was not very happy with that. I have a few more appointments, and I will make another appointment to see him, and if I can't get the help I need, I will go else where. Other then that the staff is awesome, very friendly and cares about your need. Just wish the doctor's were the same way. So I give the staff 5 stars, not the doctor's.
