Best experience at an Urgent care or even at My Doctor's office. I waited maybe 10 minutes as a walk in. They were so nice. Everyone was so fun and made the visit actually enjoyable. They definitely made my week and took care of my issue so quickly. The place is SUPER clean. The previous Urgent care I went to was so dirty! Never again will I go to any other Urgent Care.

I always go to the Nottingham location. I have never had a bad experience. I always receive the best care. I am always in and out in 25 to 30 minutes. My scripts are always sent to my pharmacy immediately. Front Office staff has always been amazing treated me professionally and very kind. Nikki is amazing, very sweet and you can tell he enjoys his job. Every physician I have seen here has been great. Explains everything and really takes their time. Best place. I always refer my colleagues to go here. Since we work at a school we get lots of gross germs. Hands down best urgent care.

Never a wait, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. I brought my child in for a sick visit the night before thanksgiving. Nikki was amazing! So pleasant and offered stickers to keep the kids occupied. Made for a smooth and quick trip. This week I was seen and again staff was wonderful. It was great to see Nikki’s smiling face again. X-ray tech, front desk and provider were great as well.

I recently visited this urgent care and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. What stood out to me the most was the competency and friendliness of every team member we interacted with. They were not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and attentive to our needs. We were seen very quickly, which was a relief. The efficiency of the process, from check-in to being evaluated by a healthcare professional, was very quick. I appreciated how they took the time to explain the test results and treatment options, ensuring we understood everything before we left. I have been struggling with an ear infection for 2 months. I went to priority care and received excellent care. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice. I only waited about 10 minutes then I was taken back by McKenna she was so sweet and I could tell she loves her job! Then Kelley PA (I want to call her Doctor) came in and was just as nice and caring. They both actually listened to my problems. I'm so happy I chose to go there, I feel like I'm FINALLY on my way to recovery. It's been a frustrating road. I'm writing this review with their names because I feel like customer service is horrible currently, but these ladies went above and beyond. I recommend my brother to go there yesterday. He also had a good experience. Keep caring!
