Lady (I’ll be nice and not post her name) at the front desk had an attitude, when asked which plan i was under for medicaid (i am tribal, we dont fall under a distinct plan) she rolled her eyes at me. Her manners where rude as well.. but I don’t take things like that personally at the end of the day. Should have more polite ppl working the front desk considering they are the first person that patients see at urgent care.

I am writing to express my frustration with the recent experience I had while trying to schedule an appointment for a biometrics workup. When I arrived at the location, I was redirected to another place, which was quite frustrating. It made me question the purpose of having a walk-in clinic within the network if I, a patient of this company, am sent elsewhere. It felt like the focus was solely on the sick customers rather than providing a seamless experience for all patients. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide some clarity on the appointment process to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

When I am there, I do feel rather taken care of, but when I call its insanely difficult to get anyone on the phone. This morning I was on hold for just shy of 2 hours of time, all for a question I needed a few minutes to have answered. I never got the call back I was promised either, honestly just disappointed :(

Been waiting 2 hours for an abscessed tooth, after being told an hour wait. Having to wait for people with appointments defeats the purpose of urgent care. Not to mention blatantly lying about wait times.

Been here a few times for walk in care, covered by the VA and they have treated me well and got seen fast.
