I purchased 3 items from this place totalling almost $600. I needed to exchange a wheelchair that was too small and didn't have the foot rests and the man with mustache and beard working there today tells me "we don't exchange" I asked him if they had a restock fee that I could pay and then exchange it for a wider wheelchair and pay the difference in price and he said "absolutely not, no exchange" He would not even look at the receipt that I bought it 3 days earlier and we didn't use it, the plastic is still on the wheels. I do NOT recommend this place they have NO compassion and do not take care of their customers.

I just called asking if they had an item in stock, not one minute into the conversation the guy told me “no we don’t have it” I quickly questioned him once again he responded “ugh let me check” I was on hold for all of 2 seconds and comes back with “we don’t have it” How do you know you don’t have it when you never bothered to check your computer or even bother to check the actual floor? So unprofessional and rude! Yall need better employees answering phones and questions. And actually take the time to check and item instead of just saying “we don’t have it.

This is me, the patient. My mother is my authorized representative on file with UnitedHealthcare. You just violated 45 CFR 164.502(g) and Texas Pharmacy Rule 291.33(c)(4) by refusing to speak to her and hanging up. Such horrible customer service hanging up on me, my mom, and HEB pharmacy.

I highly recommend friendly and cost effective service, often noting quick visits without long waits. The staff at Prime Care Pharmacy is knowledgeable and caring, providing personalized attention. What I truly appreciate is convenience of walk-in vaccination without waiting time and gentle treatment. Overall, Top Notch Family Pharmacy…highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and approachable vaccination services.
