Fairfield office is the best! Dr. Shields is the best Dr. I’ve ever had. My whole family comes here. Dr. Shields always listens to everything we say and need and too me that is great service. Her and her staff including the receptionist super friendly and also call me when appointments are available.Dental and vision is also great service too. Thank you

I have been trying to schedule a dental appointment since December 2023. However, it is now February 2024 and every time I call, I receive conflicting information. One person told me to call on the first of the month to schedule an appointment for the following month, as their appointments get booked in advance. But when I followed this advice, I was told that I should call on the 16th or the last Friday of the month instead. When I called on the 16th, I received the same advice as before and was told to call on the first of the month. to make an appointment for the next month. I've never been here before, but this experience is enough to make me not want to come here. I feel if your not Hispanic they don't care. I keep getting the run around about a simple teeth cleaning. I make appointments they don't put them in the system. They keep making excuses that don't make any sense. This is the WORST I've ever been treated. I keep missing work for FAKE APPOINTMENTS. I SEE BY THE OTHER COMMENTS THIS HAPPENS ALOT. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and had to have an extraction. I was very warmly welcomed and Dr. Michael took my tooth out swiftly and quickly. He was very engaging with me too. This was a great dental experience for me today.

Adrienne Michael and his staff were the kindest and most helpful dentists office I have ever been to in my life, had a dental emergency, they got me in that day, they genuinely cared about my situation! I'll never go to another dentist, greatest dental office in town hands down! Thanks again guys I truly appreciate all of you 🥰🥰
