Francis Gyau NP was very good. He listened, and provided what was necessary to complete my visit. He made me feel like he cared. I am grateful for everything. The ladies that work there were very helpful And kind as well. Great team. Always like to go to urgent Care before anywhere else. They are right in front of Jungle Jim's

Front office staff was amazing. The doctor and Medical Assistant were personable and had good bedside manners. I will definitely return when needed.

The hours listed online and on the door states that this clinic is open 8am-8pm, 7 days/week. However, I have been waiting outside the clinic since 8am and they still haven’t opened and it’s been over an hour. At 8:20am, the online system allowed me to schedule a visit time for 8:50am, and yet - the door was still locked and no lights were on even after my visit time had passed. I received a notification by text that said I needed to check in soon or they may not be able to hold my spot… but there was no way to enter the clinic to check in beyond completing the online registration steps. I had to cancel my visit and go to a different urgent care. I wish I could say that this was a 1 time fluke - but thi is not the first time I have arrive by 8am to this location and its doors were not open

I was there on New Year's Day because of severe lower back pain. 😩 The doctor was able to identify where the pain was coming from and initially gave me meds. 💊 Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor was great. 👍 I'm so thankful that they were open, provided great care, and were very friendly. 🙏 #NewYear #Pain #Doctor #Care #Gratitude
