Afinia Dental - Orchard Hill-Fairfield

I am so happy to have found Dr. Hardy and her staff at Afinia Dental, Orchard Hill. She is so kind and her staff are wonderful. They are very honest and that says everything to me. They didn’t need to complete all the services quoted me and they actually refunded my money after the discrepancy was discovered.

I was so impressed with this facility. Employees were very professional in the way I was treated, during my X-rays iforming what type and how she need me to stand so we could get perfect pictures to.be seen and read. And the front desk receptionist she was outstanding I had to call the office a couple of times and her voice never change/ You how some responds with an a not happy attitude but I the young who I spoke with 4 times she never act like I was getting on her nerves, the young lady was also personal, had me to turn around and talked me right to the facality. This is a wonderful dentist office! My husband I and I have both had a great experience here over the past couple years since we found it. We started here after both being away from the dentist for 3-5 years between college, moving, and insurance juggles, and our hygienist Molly and the rest of the team were so wonderful at easing us back into dental care without judgement. I've had multiple cleanings/check ups, a couple fillings done, and a permanent retainer removed during my time with them and everything has been a smooth process with excellent communication from scheduling to understanding my treatment options. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I was comfortable and followed all sanitation procedures and explained all after care. I was impressed and this is now my new family dental provider.

I started as a new patient yesterday & I was greeted with kindness, smiles & some Amazing people. Mollie my hygienist was so sweet & Helpful. She explained what she was going to do & was great! So glad I started coming to their office!
