Great eye doctor with excellent customer service skills. Reasonable response time to book an appointment if he is unable to get to the phone. Checks voicemail frequently! And best of all great prices on eye glasses! Won’t go anywhere else from now on

Great experience. Love his homie feeling office. He's super friendly and super easy to get ahold of. Not sure what that other lady issue was maybe she's part of the big Corp trying to take over small practices. And had all my contacts and glasses in less than a week.

Although he's a good eye doctor he runs a very dysfunctional office. there's no one there to take calls in his office. A eye doctor CANNOT OPERATE alone! you have to sit and wait a long time! this guy needs a staff he's technically operating illegally when you are in healthcare you have to have someone taking your office calls while he practice eyecare. It's a large Optical office he has no one to work with him he's too cheap to pay staff. The eye doctor ought to be ashamed of himself I had a eye appointment over almost a month and a half ago and I'm still waiting on glasses that I've paid for! it's so bad with his service he does not answer his office phone he does not answer his cell phone it has come to the point where I've had to call the Medical Board and I'm requesting that the medi

I originally switched to Dr. Persiani because his contacts exam was so reasonable, well that was over 10 years ago and I would NEVER go anywhere else!! He also treats my son and is great with kids. He always gets us in when we need it and he is super nice! He is always helping me get rebates on my contacts to make them more affordable. I would recommend him to anyone :)

I’ve been going to Dr Persiani since I was a little boy, and I will almost certainly continue to do so until he retires. He’s a good and honest doctor. He sits you down and talks to you about your care, goes over frames with you personally, and will give you honest feedback if they look good or not. He won’t try to rip you off or upsell you fancy designer frames or other unnecessary stuff car salesman-style. It’s really refreshing to see that these days when giant corporate practices get you in the door, rush through your care, squeeze as money out of you as possible, and then push you out the door.
