This is what i had to send them. They wouldn't even hear my complaint when I arrived: I had an appoint with Dr Mi****l S***k at 1pm. Due to all the road construction and traffic I was running behind. I called to let them know I was running behind just a few minutes and was told I would have to reschedule. Because your policy is only for 10min window. This is a horrible policy. Especially if some calls with in that period to say they will be there in a few minutes. I arrived anyway to file a complaint at exactly 1:15 but evidently you dont have that type of form. I think you should have a policy that works both ways. My first appointment, as this is the follow up for results and further cancer screening. I sat in your lobby for almost 45 minutes min waiting to be called back to a treatment

I have been going to Dr Slack at primary Health for a few years now. He has managed to totally turn around a health issue for me. He has really been amazing. His assistant Fransisco is the absolutely best at blood draws. It’s been a really positive experience for me.

I have had nothing but great care and advice from Dr. Rogers and his team. Jasmine has become my favorite nurse and Dr. Rogers is my favorite doctor!

I was sincerely amazed at how quickly I was admitted in, taken care of by the MA, and quickly saw the doctor who was very attentive to my needs and I was out in no time! Got my results the very next day! Dr Slack and his team were great!

I appreciate their transparency. Giving me options for treatment and talking honestly to me about their concerns. Dr. Cody Rogers and his staff is simply amazing. They treat you like you are the most important patient they have to work with that day. Caring and concern set them above the rest! Thank you?
