My spouse and I have been patients at this primary care practice for many years, and it often feels like we are constantly starting over due to frequent provider turnover. My visit with a new provider, Amanda, was uncomfortable almost immediately. Within minutes, she spoke negatively about my previous doctor—whom she had never met—and criticized the physician who replaced him. She repeatedly implied that she knew better than every provider who had treated me before, referring to my former doctor as “old school” and suggesting he didn’t know what he was doing. This was extremely unprofessional. He was an amazing doctor. I had an appointment yesterday at 10 am with Amanda Egli and she violated me and my HIPPA rights. I ended up leaving in the middle of the appointment went back to the front desk where the staff was extremely rude and yelled at me. I was there for a Coast Guard physical that I needed for work and I wasn’t able to even get that. Never once have I had this experience with a doctor or a doctor’s office in my life. On the other hand, it makes sense that this practice has a 2.3 star review nobody and I repeat nobody should go to this practice or see any of their doctors or nurse practitioners. I've been a patient here for 8 years. It feels like I am always starting over with a new Doctor. Today I got to meet a new one again for the very time, Amanda. Just an annual wellness visit. Within 5 minutes she let me know she knew better than every Dr I'd seen before meeting her 5 minutes earlier. All my scripts were dumb, prescribed by old people... and we don't do that anymore. Those old people from her practice BTW... So in under 5 minutes and against my will my treatment plan of 13 years was changed and that's that. Here's a list of other drugs I'll give you instead... My initial visit, assessment, and treatment options were fine. One of the options was an injection to alleviate inflammation. I called to schedule the injection making sure it was a service they performed as the office in Nashua stated they don't. They ensured they did but would be 3-4 weeks before they could due to Dr vacation schedule. I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived at the office I went through the typical process before speaking with the Dr. When the Dr came into the examination room she asked why I was there and I told her to receive the injection to alleviate inflammation.
