Very disappointed with this practice. I tried to book to become a new patient in November and earliest appointment was March. Was not told the Dr I booked with would be going on leave for surgery around the same time. Have now been called twice to push back the appointment with no confirmation if the appointment will actually happen. I hadn’t even stepped in the building and had a negative experience. Not to mention the office admin who called me had a major attitude and was not helpful at all when I expressed concerns over being a new patient and being pushed now over 6 months+ from my initial conversation. after her attitude, i said you know what I should probably go somewhere else. i’m sure the DR are lovely but wanted to provide feedback on communication with new patients - and maybe h

This facility prescribes drugs to people who do not need them, destroying their lives. I ask them to stop several times, but they continue. I would have given them no star, but I had to in order to post this message.

Doctor's are great, but if you get stuck in traffic and call saying you're going to be 5 minutes late they'll cancel your appointment. Update: Ask to speak to a nurse if there's an issue and/or message your doctor. Mostly, everyone here has been great.

I've been coming here since I left my pediatrician. (I'm 28 now) I can't say I've always had the most positive experiences here. I've had some fantastic doctors who have moved on as well as some terrible doctors (due to personality differences). That being said I've never met a nurse or front desk receptionist I've never liked. They're always so kind and understanding no matter the circumstances. I also am very happy to say I've found my primary care doctor here that I hopefully get to stick with for as long as I can. Dr. Cooney is the first and only doctor who has ever listened to me and taken me seriously. All of the concerns I've had over the years he has listened to and referred me out of it's something I need taken care of. I'm forever thankful to have found such a wonderful doctor!

I went in January for my yearly physical, talked about normal stuff, and when I was checking out, I asked if there was any charges for this visit. I was told that yearly physicals are covered under my insurance, so there will be no payment needed. A couple weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $111 regarding this appointment. I called to dispute this claim, and I was told that because I mentioned other things (such as hand pain) during the physical, I was charged a diagnostic fee. I was never given any answers for anything I mentioned and no additional service was provided. All we did was talk.
